Stay clear bad choice
The website showed rooms and I booked a (1room great fit sooo travellers ) when I turned up
It was a 12 bed door room and no refund was offered it’s a horrible place with no cell coverage and a very hippy vibe there should not be called a hotel .

Booked a shared dorm. The toilets, showers and kitchen were all fine. The bed was very comfy and welcoming after big days of climbing. The absolute highlight of the A lodge is your surroundings, it’s amongst nature, with limited to no signal (don’t worry a lodge has WiFi), close to castle rock and elderado to meet all your climbing and hiking needs

Amazing place. What a great find. Flew in for a hike and to sightsee the area. Used the sauna, hot tub, pool and the river for a cold plunge. We stayed in the cabin, surprisingly spacious, beds were very comfy. Already planning our next stay.

Super friendly staff at both check-in and checkout. My room was quaint and cozy - I especially enjoyed the coffee they provided. The guide indicated the hot tub was open year-round, but it didn’t appear the cover was off/opened up. It was cool outside and I didn’t request them to open it, so perhaps they would have accommodated. It was out of town a bit, quiet and preferred for my stay. The bed was comfortable, I had plenty of hot water for my shower. They had a lovely little guide book in the room with recommendations for adventures, food, drinks, and other things to do in the area. I’ll definitely be booking a return stay when I’m back to visit!

This is the third time I have stayed at this place. I love the location and the active outdoor vibe. So close to Boulder but above the hustle and bustle. The access to trails is great.

Great place to stay just outside of Boulder in the canyon.
Great hot tub and sauna!
Room was big and spacious.
No restaurant but they had snacks and a bar.

The place was very clean. We stayed in the room with the double queen. The only negative I would have was there is no sleeping in with skylight position right in the middle of the two beds. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient for visiting many of the state parks. We would stay here again if the price is right.

Best place to be when going to Boulder. So close but just far enough away not to be in the college town.
